Day 14: Who Are You?

Give Your Brain a Reboot

We all go through a period in our lives when we find that we are literally full on our schedules. We can no longer add to our plates but somehow we always add on just one more thing. Why do we do that? Why are we so hell bent on being able to do everything humanly possible to stay busy? Answer. Because we can. So the only solution to this problem has been told to us to eliminate the need for things of less importance. But when we go down the lists we always see that every single item is priority so we don’t cross it off at all. Ladies give your lists a break. I had to lighten my load up a bit and literally close my eyes and pick off somethings that could be put on someone else. I now take two days off a week and recharge my brain 🧠 and watch cartoons or some of my shows. It had to be done. I found myself…and I know you can relate to this, where everyday was a working day. If you don’t give your brain a rest, it will let you down when you need it. Sleep 💤 and your brain will thank you for it.
